Service Description

Life throws many surprises at us, and while we cannot predict the outcome of any situation, we can take control of how we respond to certain situations. With our coaching sessions, you’ll learn about acceptance and how to exert your power of choice over whatever life may throw at you. Sessions range from 30-60 min and are available virtually. (Price is per program) A typical program is 12 sessions after Session 0, however based off what you are looking for, sessions may be added or reduced. Up to 4 additional sessions are included in the specialized package.
