My name is Jessica and I reside in Western Massachusetts with my two children, husband and several pets while still maintaining another career

Growing up as a teenage mother, I faced many challenges early in life and the challenges haven't stopped coming.

Through my own journey of healing, I've had the opportunities to help others heal as well. In doing so, I realized this is how I can help the world be a better place - one life, one challenge at a time. I looked into how I can make this a career and I came into learning about Health Coach Institute, an Internationally accredited program and I was hooked and now here I am - Here to help you on your journey.
