Why Life Coaching over Therapy?

Therapy is designed with no time frame in mind, no set goals. Some weeks you sit there repeating yourself while the other person doodles. Some weeks there are breakthroughs. With Life Coaching, you focus on one or two goals at a time with a deadline. Your path is reframed to keep you moving forward.



Will you meet your goals every time? Most likely that is answered by how determined you are for your progress.



BUT ....it's not covered by insurance. I get it, you're used to co-pays and deductibles and wondering how you'll be able to pay for it.



I'm not here to drain your wallet, I'm here to help shift and reframe your life so you can be prepared for what's next. Each plan is tailored to what you are looking to accomplish.



Don't have 12 weeks? OK, let's figure out something else. Maybe 8 or 6 weeks would work better. Need more time, we can work that out too.
